Our T&C's

Our Terms & Conditions

As a company we like to run as smoothly as possible, with clear communication; so we have a few terms and conditions in place to help us achieve this.

For all of our one hour packages we require payment at the time of booking. We take a deposit for our 1.5 and 2 hour packages, of 40% and the rest needs to be paid the day before the party. The total cost will be based on the party package you chose, plus any party extra's.

 

We usually give a courtesy call the day before the party to check in and at this point we can take the rest of the payment. We can take payment via bank transfer or card over the phone or in person. We do not accept cheques and prefer not to take cash.

Deposits are non refundable unless there is a cancellation or issue on our end. For one hour entertainment packages you can receive 50% back so long as you cancel with 2 weeks notice. 

Party extra's can be added up to a week before the party but must be paid for with the final payment. Party extra's cannot be cancelled.

Please note that we are not responsible for booking the venue of your party, but we do offer a directory of possible venues and highlight the ones we have been to before which we like. It is your responsibility to book and pay for the venue, then let us know the time and place so we can add it to your party invites.

We cater and plan for the number of children that are expected at your party, so we can not offer refunds if children do not turn up on the day. 

Our Privacy Policy

We comply with all laws concerning the use, storage and protection of data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR). The information you provide to us for your orders is only used by Little Monkey Parties, and is only used to provide you with your products. Your personal information will NOT be passed onto any third-party companies, unless the necessary consent has been provided. We can assure you that all data sent to us is stored securely and will be held under a password protection.

Little Monkey Parties may use pictures of yourself, or your children, at our events for our promotional purposes. These may be on our Instagram Page, Facebook Group, this website or another promotional feature such as a leaflet. In order for us to use your pictures we require you to provide us with the necessary consent, so that we can freely use these images.

The consent form is filled out at the party you attend and requires you to tick whether or not we can use your images for our promotional purposes.

We only accept payments from Paypal and bank transfers, these are organised by Wix.com and are secure ways to pay, information is stored securely and safely. No information will be distributed to third-parties and is used only for the purpose of payment and telling us where to send your order or confirmation of booking!

You will be sent a confirmation of purchase to the e-mail you have set, whether it is as form of a Paypal receipt or bank transfer confirmation.

All information and images supplied to us are of the highest importance and are secured appropriately.
